Its principle of operation:

The raw material plate which is arranged reasonably with changeable angles in order, throws moisture materials into the rotary cylinder. CTD Printing and Tubing Line is a specialized equipment that is used for printing the substrates (such as single-sided coated woven fabric, or laminated woven fabric and paper), perforating, tubing, and splicing to form. a tube, and then cutting continuously, counting automatically and stacking. It is suitable for producing single-layer or multi-layer laminated packaging sacks (such as gusseted sacks, non-gusseted sacks, plain sacks, valve sacks, etc.) widely used for packaging, storage and transportation in the industries of medicine, cement, mineral, industrial chemicals and feedstuff. It is also an advanced equipment for producing paper-and-plastic middle-spliced PVC sacks, middle-spliced BOPP color-film sacks, and four-layer paper sacks.

Features:

1. With PLC system and HMI for operation and control of the line.

2. Mechanical-shaft or electronic-shaft synchronous control modes for the drives of printing and cutting. As electronic-shaft synchronous control is the advanced mode nowadays, the mechanical construction is more reasonable, and the operation is more stable, with less mechanical wear and higher automation.

3. The printer can use a traditional unit printing mode or an internationally advanced central impression mode.

4. The splicing device uses the advanced mode of positioned adhesion. It is characterized by uniform. adhesion, firm splicing, easy to operate, and high automation, which can replace the manual pasting mode for PVC packaging sacks, so as to improve working efficiency and reduce production cost.

5. When producing middle-spliced BOPP color-film sacks, the cutter is equipped with an automatic registration system for tracking and adjusting.

Edge yarn crusher and reclaiming unit can be sucking edge strips, crushing and sending back to the hopper when operation.

 

 

Cyclone stretching oven adopts hot-wind circulation heating and automatic temperature control, and makes two sides of flat filament uniform. heating and multiple stretching by a centrifugal blower. Oven opening adopts two-stage pneumatic mode, easy for operating, flexible for distance adjusting.

 

 

Five-roller stretching unit uses five pieces of steel roller and one piece of pneumatic rubber press roller, to enlarge stretching friction force, so as to make flat filament up to quality requirements.

 

 

Oven forming unit adopts electric heating and automatic temperature control for heating and forming of film tapes, to avoid flat filament retracting or deforming.

Three-roller cooling and forming unit uses three pieces of steel roller (of which two steel rollers adopt water cooling) and one piece of pneumatic rubber press roller, to achieve pulling, cooling and forming of flat filament.

SJ-FMH High-Speed Dual-Extruder Extrusion Coating and Lamination Line

SJ-FMH High-Speed Dual-Extruder Extrusion Coating and Lamination Line use PE, PP or EVA as raw material, to be extrusion coating or laminating with paper, which is suitable for producing multi-layer composite material such as liquid packaging paper, paper-cup paper, adhesive paper, etc.

The line adopts automatic micro-computer control for the whole technology flow from substrate unwinding, lamination to winding, equipped with PLC and touch-screen color monitor, integrated with HMI developed by ourselves, to achieve operation and control of the entire line. The extruders adopt automatic temperature control, pneumatic feeding, stepless speed control and strainer changers. The dies are equipped with high-precision bidirectional handwheels for adjusting the dies. Chill rolls of the laminators adopt high-precision forced water cooling structure. The unwinder and the winder adopt dual-station automatic turreting, automatic splicing and automatic tension control, to achieve jumbo roll changing at high speed without shutdown. Equipped with a hydraulic roll loading and unloading device, an industrial chiller, a corona treater, a length counter, an adjustable edge-trimming device, and an edge-strip blowing device. As per the customers' requirements, a second substrate unwinder (for aluminum foil or color film) can be added.

According to the products' structure, the line can utilize multi-layer co-extrusion technology, to produce multi-layer composite packaging material.

The lamination speed can be up to 350m/min, as per the customers' requirements.

SJ-FM Large-Width Extrusion Coating and Lamination Line is designed and developed by ourselves, as the first China-made large-width extrusion coating and lamination line. As its performance has reached the international technical level, the line is an advanced equipment for producing large-width laminated products.

The line uses PE or PP as raw material, to be coating or laminating with plastic woven fabric. It is widely used for producing large-width sun cloths, canvases, waterproof cloths, geotextiles, heavy-duty packaging cloths, etc. 

Our SJ200-FM6200 large-width extrusion coating and lamination line was awarded the Certificate of National Torch Program by the National Scientific and Technical Committee on March 11, 1998. It is the widest plastic extrusion coating and lamination line in the world.

The line adopts an overhead-type extruder. According to the products' requirements, it can be equipped with different configurations and devices:

1. Equipped with dual extruders and dual dies, to accomplish double-sided lamination in one process.

2. Equipped with a double-sided squeezer and a dryer, to be suitable for producing the products from fabrics made by a water-jet loom.

SJ-FM Extrusion Coating and Lamination Line is developed continuously by ourselves, based on our production experience of more than twenty years. It is characterized by advanced technique, reliable quality, easy to operate, and high automation, which is used widely in the industries of chemical, petrochemical, cement, metallurgy and mining, for packaging, storage and transportation of many kinds of materials.

The line uses PP or PE as raw material, through the flow-casting coating and lamination technology, achieving single-sided / double-sided coating or paper-plastic lamination with substrates (plastic woven fabric), to produce coated or laminated products. The line is equipped with advanced electrical and mechanical devices throughout the whole production flow from substrate unwinding, lamination to winding, to achieve single control and group control. The dual-station unwinder uses EPC for automatic guiding control of substrates, and brakes for surface tension control of substrates, achieving pneumatic splicing and non-stop roll changing. The laminator is equipped with preheating roll for preheating and drying of substrates. Laminating roll, silicon rubber roll and press roll are of dual-interlayer forced water cooling structure, with good cooling effect. The dual-station winder adopts constant-tension surface friction winding, pneumatic transverse cutting, roll changing without shutdown, and equipped with adjustable edge-trimming device, edge-strip blowing device, and length counting device.

Features:

1. The extruder adopts two-layer construction, with long useful life and good stability. The computer-simulation designed runner is characterized by large extrusion capacity, good plasticization effect, and low energy consumption. The die is convenient for adjustment, and uniform. film flowing. The width at both sides of the die is manually adjusted.

2. The laminator adopts a new three-roll construction, which is characterized by uniform. pressing, easy to operate, safety and reliability. 

3. The winder adopts swing-roll automatic tension control and press-arm horizontally pushing, to achieve straight winding and smooth surface. (An automatic roll unloading device is optional.)

4. Equipped with a turn bar system, to accomplish double-sided coating for tubular fabrics in one process.

5. About coating and lamination with substrates for jumbo sacks, a leveling and braking device shall be equipped, to guarantee the fabric surface shall be level before coating.

6. The line can be equipped with HMI and PLC, to achieve automation functions such as program linkage adjustment, failure interlock, etc.

SJ-FMS-800 Dual-Extruder Extrusion Coating and Lamination Line is designed and developed by ourselves, as the first one in China.

The line adopts the construction of dual extruders and dual laminating rolls. It uses PP or PE as raw material, through the flow-casting method and film lamination technology, to accomplish double-sided lamination with substrates (such as plastic woven fabric, paper, etc.) in one production flow. The line is especially suitable for using tubular woven sacks as the substrates, and producing double-sided coated tubular sacks or double-sided BOPP color-film laminated woven sacks.

The line is characterized by simple structure and easy to operate. Compared with a single-extruder and single-die lamination line, the line can accomplish double-sided lamination with the substrate in one production flow, which improves production efficiency greatly, reduces energy consumption and labors, and guarantees products' quality.

For double-sided color printed film lamination, there are two modes for your choice as follows:

Manual Registration Mode: using magnetic powder brake tension control, manually adjusting for color-film registration. It is characterized by simple structure, easy to operate, and convenient for adjustment.

Automatic Registration Mode: using color-mark photocell detection, automatically registering the detected signals and adjusting (to control the motors of nip rolls for film feeding), so as to achieve automatic registration for color films at both sides. It is characterized by accurate registration, good stability, and high automation, which is especially suitable for producing high-grade double-sided color-film laminated sacks.

Applications and Characteristics:

 

RS4200 Flexographic Printing Line is suitable for water soluble or oil soluble ink, used for two-color continuous printing on plastic woven fabric or paper of 4.2 meter wide. (The number of printing colors can be added as per the requirements of the order. )

The machine is equipped with advanced electric instruments and pneumatic devices for the whole technology flow from web unwinding, printing to winding. The machine adopts central adjustment and control through the main electric control console. An inverter is equipped for each section of the machine. Each speed can be single adjusting or synchronous operating, to improve automatic control. The unwinder is dual-shaft and dual-station, with semi-automatic splicing by splicing roller, equipped with automatic tension control system (MITSUBISHI Japan) and automatic edge position control system. The two-color printer adopts flexographic printing mode, equipped with differential mechanism of color registration and drying devices, driven by variable-frequency motor.
